Cost is inclusive of all materials, labours, macheniery, equipement and all other incidental charges with all lead & lift, scaffolding, loading & unloading etc complete. B TREATMENT FOR DETERIORATED LIME MORTAR JOINTS IN SIZE STONE MASNORY DOME 1 Surface preparation work: Removing of existing eoroded/cracks etc in motar joints by gentle chipping, as per specification and cleaning the surface of dome shall be carriedout with air and water jet to remove dust as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Cost is inclusive of all materials, labours, macheniery, equipement and all other incidental charges with all lead & lift, scaffolding, loading & unloading etc complete. 2 Drilling of holes & fixing PVC nozzles: Providing 10 mm dia holes, 75mm to 100mm deep drilled in the leaky/damp locations of size stone masonry joints for fixing PVC nozzles as detailed in sketch and cleaning of holes with air and water jet.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cost is inclusive of material, labour,equipement scaffolding tools and tackles, consumables etc complete. 3 Lime based slurry grouting: Providing nozzles grouting carried out using salt resistant, fillerized hydraulic binder based on lime and Eco-pozzolan, chemical grout until refusal with pressure not less than 5-6 psi and directions of Engineer-in-charge. C COLORLESS WATER REPELLENT PROTECTION AGAINST RAIN FOR SIZE STONE MASONRY 1 Surface preparation Dome:1 to 8 Removing dust, oil & efflorosence etc. on the surafce of the dome masonry by brushing with suitable detergents or by light air blast cleaning or steam cleaning etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.COST inclusive of all materials ,labour,consumables,staging, lead and lift, tools and tackles etc.,complete. 2 Siloxane based water repellent: Application of Siloxane based water repellent carried out as per specification and directions of Enginner-in-charge. D WATER PROOFING TERATMENT FOR ROOF SLAB 1 Surface preparation Removing dust, oil & efflorosence etc. on the surafce of the existing slab by brushing with suitable detergents or by light air blast cleaning or steam cleaning etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.COST inclusive of all materials ,labour,consumables,staging, lead and lift, tools and tackles 2 Installation of Reinforced TPO Memberane: Providing and installing reinforced TPO 1.5 mm membrane as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.COST inclusive of all materials ,labour,consumables,staging, lead and lift, tools and tackles etc.,complete. 3 50mm thick screed mortar with waterproofing chemical: Providing and laying 50mm thick screed mortar with 1:4 ratio with waterproofing chemical upon the TPO membrane as illustarated in the sketch and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
