tender for R And R Work Of Ug Cable And Led Light Fittings And Poles Related To Illumination Of Kalimpong Rhe Under Electrical Sub Division No-Iii, H.D. - 1 Supply & Fixingof 240V, 70 W LED out door type light fittings complete with all accessories and equipped with IP66 Protection (Make:- Philips, Cat no.- BRP 501 LED 091 CW R5C S1V1 or ist equivalent model of Wipro/Crompton) on existing MS Pipe/Mini Pole as per direction of E.I.C 2 Supply and Delivery of 1.1 KV grade following sizes Al. armoured PVC/XLPE cable (Gloster/Havells/Polycab)as mentioned below as per choice of EIC. 2 Core 10 sqmm 3 Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed 4 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl.supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes,anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. b)iii 2 Core 10 sqmm 5 Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint a) Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole. i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming 6 S/F CMDA type non-detachable 50 mm dia 1.5 mtr long arm bracket at an angle 95-105 degree to horizontal with nece. Bolts nuts etc incl. coat painting two coats of Ai. paint over one coat of R.O primer as per GS and as per direction of EIC. i) Single arm header 7 Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling& ramming. B) For Morrum Soil 8 Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe 9 Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages (a) iii) No 8 SWG 10 Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required. 3x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq.mm) 11 Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthingterminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint. 12 Supply and fixing of 230 V Timer DBwith steel sheet enclosure double door, phosphatised powder coated , neutral bar, Din Rail with IP-43 protection. i)1 no. 25A DP MCB (C Curve, 10 kA,), ii) 1 no. 24 hours programmable Digital Time Switch.
