CMM PRTN Depot is main material feeding Depot of C&W Workshop PRTN of Vadodara Division, Western Railway. 2. Upkeep, cleaning and hygienic sanitation of the DY. CMM PRTN office of all building, Godowns and other open area on daily basis is the top priority. Housekeeping staff should be in proper uniform and badge in the Office premises. 3. The detail activity of for Upkeep, Cleaning and Hygienic Sanitation services of DY. CMM. Office are given in the Scope of work. 4. All essential records as per Minimum wages acts and other statutory compliances to be kept here in the office of Janitor/ DY CMM. PRTN (G), so that to offer it to Labour commissioner/any other inspecting officer. 5. Labour registration certificate is an essential requirement, need to be submitted along with bid and timely renewed. 6. Payment of Wages shall be paid by the service provider by 7th of every month. service provider shall arrange the payment to the house keeping staff first and then submit the bill to DY CMM PRTN office along with all proofs of payment. In no case, service provider would wait for payment from Railways to pay the house keeping staff. 7. Indoor Area, Outdoor Area & Bathroom Area of DY. CMM. PRTN Office buildings and other offices in the premises are the main areas where cleaning activities 02 times are carried out on daily basis. 8. As per Rly Boards guidelines, the work is to be given on outcome base. 9. Before submitting a tender, the tenderer will be deemed to have satisfied himself by actual inspection of the site and locality of the works, that all conditions liable to be encountered during the execution of the works are taken into account and that the rates enters in the bid are adequate and all inclusive to accord with the provisions of the standard general conditions of contract for the completion of works to the entire satisfaction.
