Tender For Purchase Of Solar Powered Gps-Gsm Transmitter For Integrating Population And Habitat Ecology For The Management Of Migratory Waterbirds Of The Central Asian Flyway At The Chilika Ramsar Site Project-Reg OrniTrack-20 Backpack GPS-GSM Transmitter A solar-powered GPS-GSM/4G backpack transmitter is required for satellitebased tracking of medium-sized waterfowl species. The transmitter must feature a strong, waterproof, aerodynamic housing in a backpack design. The device must be fully self-contained with no external antennas and weigh approximately 20 grams, with dimensions of 58 × 25 × 14 mm. It should include a high-sensitivity 99-channel GPS receiver and a 2G/4G GSM transceiver supporting LTE Cat1/GPRS/EDGE protocols. The internal power source should be a Lithium-Polymer battery with built-in under- and over-charge protection, supplemented by a high-efficiency solar charging system with elevated solar panels. The transmitters should operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C OrniTrack-30 Backpack GPS-GSM Transmitter A solar-powered GPS-GSM backpack transmitter is required for tracking largebodied birds such as flamingos.
