Percentage against Rate Contract for Hiring of Vehicles for NMRC (Above/Below/At Par in %)(Percentage will be applicable uniformly on all the Rates mentioned in the Price Schedule namely Schedule A, Schedule B & Schedule C)(Quoted percentage shall be restricted to the two place after the decimal.)

Note: 1) Bidders are requested to use “+ (plus) or – (minus)” symbols prior to the percentage for quoting above & below. For example, bidders who want to quote percentage above the rates mentioned in the RFP may use “+” & bidders who want to quote percentage below the rates mentioned in the RFP may use “-”.2) No symbol used by the bidders prior to the percentage quote shall be considered as percentage quote above the rates mentioned in the RFP.3) Only number is to be typed by bidders in ‘M13’ cell of the BOQ i.e., “Rate of Percentage to be entered by the Bidder in %”, percentage symbol is not to be used along with number.
