    Painting Of Penstock For Unit-7 And 8 Bhep, Balimela- 1 Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or sodaincluding scaffolding charges upto 5m height as per direction of EIC. 2 Priming one coat with any approved primer of reputed make i.e. a two component epoxy anti-corrosive primer pigmented with zinc phosphate as per IS-14506-1998. Epoxy Zinc Phosphate ecellent anticorrosive performance primer for new and maintence application (Advanced 2-pack epoxy primer Grey is equipped with surface tolerant property that is designed to offer excellent corrosion protection to mild steel substrates). The cost is including cost of labour, materials, scaffolding, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC 3 Painting two coats with approved paint i.e. two pack Epoxy enamel of reputed make (Asian/ berger) on Iron work having good water & humidity resistance, rust protection and excellent adhesion including cost, conveyance all materials, labour and T & P etc complete as per direction of EIC
