Supply, delivery, installation & commissioning of PDB cum MCC panel with other allied works at Pump house of Jhargram Sub-Divisional Hospital water supply scheme under Jhargram Mechanical Division, PHE. Dte. in the district of Jhargram= 1 Supply and delivery of following materials at site:- 1.1 KV Grade 415 V, 4 core 95 sq.mm. PVC sheathed XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 (PART-1) 2011 with latest amendmends as applicable. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no.2783/79/F/2018dated 25.03.2025 with latest amendments 2 2 mm thick CRCA sheet enclosed PLC based SCADA compatible PDB cum MCC Panel at pump house with IP 54 protection having one no. 160 A four pole MCCB as Incomer, 3 nos. 15 HP S/D starter,2 nos. 10 HP S/D starter, 2 nos. 7.5 HP S/D starter,Yard lighting 32 A, 63 A 4 Pole MCCB as spare feeder etc.as per attached drawing & technical specifications. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no.2783/79/F/2018dated 25.03.2025 with latest amendments 3 160 Amps, 415 V,ICTPN (Iron Claded Triple Pole Neutral) SFU(Swith Fuse Unit) in sheet steel enclosure having HRC fuse. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no.2783/79/F/2018dated 25.03.2025 with latest amendments 4 200 Amps, 415 V Bus-Bar chamber having 6 nos. Aluminium Bar. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no.2783/79/F/2018dated 25.03.2025 with latest amendments 5 Installation of the above supplied item Installation, testing & commisioning of above supplied MCC panel on floor at proper location inside the pump house on brick foundation of suitable hight with net cement finishingsupplying and fitting fixing of required nos. of all complete and making double earthing arrangement by drawing suitable length galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm from earth bus-bar, to control panel by saddle on wall and making connection of existing pumps with required feeders of existing pumps of panel, all complete as per directionof EIC. *This cost includes the cost of dismentling existing starters and carrying from site to MMSD(D) office all complete. 6 Supplying and fixing sheet steel (16SWG) cable end box on TPN SFU(as in item no. 3) enclosure with nuts bolts etc incl. powder coated painting. 7 Fixing only TPN switch fuse units in Sheet Steel enclosure with HRC fuses on angle iron frame on wall (as in item no. 3). 8 Fixing only MS sheet metal busbar Chamber (as in item no. 4)on angle iron frame on wall. 9 Laying of cable (as in item no. 1) on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting. 10 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofcable (as in item no. 1) all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 11 Finishing the end of cable (as in item no. 1) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsall complete as per direction of E.I.C. 12 (a) Earthing with 50 mm diameter G.I. pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3Mtr. (10ft.) long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. wire (4Mtr.long) 13 mm diameter x 80mm (3inch) long G.I. Bolts, double nuts, washer including S & F of 15mm diameter G.I. pipe protection (1 Mtr. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly below ground level to an average depth of 3.65Mtr.(12ft.) below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed. i) For soft soil by ISI Medium GI pipe. 13 (b) Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 36.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm diaholes on the GI pipe. 14 (c) Extra for treatment of soil by salt and charcoal coke for pipe electrode. 15 (d) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr. ( For T/W No. I & II) 16 (e) Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 17 Add GST @ 18 % 18 Add Cess @ 1 %
