Tender For Patch Repair Work On Odr And Village Roads In Dhaulana Assembly - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Including all material, labour, T&P, Taxes, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 2 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.including all material, labour, T&P,royality, labour cess but including cost of bitumen & excluding GST 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom Including all material, labour, T&P, Taxes, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Bituminous Concrete Grading-2. Including all material, labour, T&P, Taxes, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 5 Patch repairing with 11.2/13.2mm stone grit of painted K.M. with tar or bitumen including heating of the paint upto the required temp. pouring it on the surface, spreading of necessary quantity of grit and ramming hard the same with hand roller or rammer and also including cleaning with brushes etc. the existing surface after scarifiying it to the water bound surface in rectangular shape and spreading the dismentelled material on the patries as directed by Engineer in Chargeincluding all material, labour, T&P,road roller, royality, labour cess but including cost of bitumen & excluding GST
