(40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, Floors etc. 5 Providing & Layingof cement concreteB2-type, 1:2:4mix.(40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, Floors etc.excluding the cost of form work but including the cost of finishing & curing etc. all as per specification and as directed 6 Providing form work to sides & soffits for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete i.e. foundations, footings, plinth beams,columns etc. 7 Providing & laying of R.C.C. B1-type 1:2:4 Mix using 20mm graded agg. In found., footing & bases for column, plinth beam, basement slab etc. 8 Supply & Providing Rendering 12 MM thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. 9 Demolition ofcement concrete in ground floors & pavings OR brick workbuilt in cement mortar & remove of dismantled materialand depositing where directed. 10 Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position all as directed & remove of dismantled materialand depositing where directed. 11 Returning, filling in,hard/dense soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM 12 Supply & Fixingof mild steel TMT bars10 mm Dia. And over cut to length bent to shape requiredincluding cranking, bending,placing& binding 13 Supply & Fixingof mild steel TMT bars 6 MM to 8mm Dia.cut to length bent to shape requiredincluding cranking, bending,placing& binding 14 Supply, Fabrication and erection/fixing of M.S. structural steel Workframe for gates angle or other section with plates, rails, bracws etc. complete fixed with all necessary fittings such as hinges pintles , guide rails etc. fixing complete approved by EIC etc. all as directed by EIC.(Grade Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250 quality-) 15 Preparation of new decorated steelsurfaces free from dust, dirt, loose scales, grease etc. and one coat of red oxide primer and Apply twocoat ofSynthetic enamel paint as directed. 16 Fixing only ofG.I. Chain Link fencing made of 4 mm dia. G.I. wire of mesh size50x50mm over all. the chain link fencing to befixed to M,S,angle fencing posts with M.S. Flat and 4 Nos M.S. bars at top midlle andbottom with M.S. bolt, NUT AND WASER AND WELDING BOTH all asperspecifiction as directed. 17 Supply only Chain Link Fencingmade of 4 mm dia. G. I. wire of any mesh size and any type over all etc. all as directed by EIC. 18 Supply and Fixing Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia. Barbed with 2 mm dia. Barbs at 75 mm spacings and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steeel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed by EIC. 19 Preparing of new plastered surface on wall,cornices ,soffits, chajjas, facias etc. including removal of nails repairs/refilling of plug holes,cracks, minor pittings with cement mortar,lime puttyplasterof paris,touching withprimer,wetting the surface with water and supply & Apply chalk whitening for prepatory for painting then apply first coat of cement based paint including curing with water for two days and then apply final coat cement paint white ortintedasper specification and curing for two days allas directed. 20 Providing & Construction of Brick work with sub-class `B bricks straight or curvedwith modularbricks in cementmortar 1:6 all as per specification and as directed. 21 Supply and Fixing Mild Steel Screw Bolt ( M/C made ) with hexagonal head at one end screwed the other , dia. Of neck 05 to 12 MM each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut lenth of bolt notexc. 5 CM long. all asperspecifiction as directed. 22 Dismantling Mild steel work of any description not otherwise providedall as per specification and as directed 23 Dismantling of barbed wire work of any discription not other wise provided all as per specification and as directed by EIC.
