    Tender For X-Ray Diffraction Equipment; EOI for High-Resolution Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) System Expression on interested is invited from reputed vendors for the High-Resolution Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) System suitable for phase identification and quantifications of powders and reflectivity analysis of polycrystalline thin films. The XRD system must be fully equipped with all essential components in the beam path, including the X-ray tube, primary and secondary optics, and a compatible detector including software etc. The system must include a long-life, sealed X-ray tube (Cu anode preferred) with high stability and output power of at least 600 W or higher ensuring reliable and consistent performance. The X-ray generator should feature a high-frequency, microprocessor-controlled unit with programmable voltage (20–60 kV) and current (2–60 mA) settings, ensuring optimal tuning for a wide range of materials. The XRD system should allow θ–θ or θ–2θ decoupled geometry with a minimum angular accuracy of ≤ ±0.0003° 2θ across the full scanning range. It must support high-speed data acquisition, a 6-position sample changer with spinners, and be equipped with a high-resolution detector and integrated cooling system suitable for ambient temperatures up to 35°C. All components in the X-ray beam path must be alignment-free and modular for easy reconfiguration. The system should be suitable for both powder diffraction and thin film reflectivity applications with rapid mode switching.
