| 1 | Annual Maintenance of 26 Nos. of WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONER on monthly basis for 12 months i.e. total qty. of ACs (26 Nos. x 12 months=312 Nos. of maint.). This includes checking, servicing, repairing, complete overhauling and painting as and when required (but complete overhauling at least twice in a year and painting once in a year) and attending breakdown calls within 24 hours including replacement of all spare parts as per scope of work & special conditions per machine per month. Note: i) Cleaning and general maintenance ofACs shall have to be carried out as and when required. The frequency of this cleaning and Gen. maintenance shall be high in some places (dusty area) and may be low in some other places.This shall be carried out as per instruction of engineer incharge. ii) Supply of spares which are included in this schedule shall be used for maintenance of ACs as and when required. |
| 2 | Annual maintenance of 81 Nos. of SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITIONER on monthly basis for 12 months i.e. total qty. of ACs (81 Nos. x 12 months=972 Nos. of maint.) including checking, servicing, repairing overhauling and painting as and when required (but complete overhauling at least twice in a year and painting once in a year) and attending breakdown calls within 24 hours including replacement of all spare parts as per scope of work and special conditions per machine per month. Note: i) Cleaning and general maintenance of ACs shall have to be carried out as and when required. | 3 | Annual maintenance of 5 Nos. of WATER COOLERS upto 300 litres on monthly basis for 12 months i.e. total qty. of Water Coolers (5 Nos. x 12 months=60 Nos. of maint.)including checking, servicing, repairing overhauling and painting as and when required (but at least twice in a year) and attending breakdown calls within 24 hours including replacement of all spare parts as per scope of work & special conditions per machine per month. Note: Supply of spares which are included in this schedule shall be used for maintenance of coolers as and when required. |
| 4 | Annual maintenance of 3 Nos. of WATER COOLERS CUM PURIFIERS of Make Eureka Forbes / equivalent, Aquaguard Model: PSS120 UV / equivalent model of upto 120 litres / equivalent on monthly basis for 12 months i.e. total qty. of Water Coolers cum purifiers (3 Nos. x 12 months=36 Nos. of maint.) including checking, servicing, repairing, overhauling as and when required (but at least three times in a year) and attending breakdown calls within 24 hours including replacement of all spare parts as per scope of work & special conditions per machine per month. Note: i) Painting (if required) once per year shall also be carried out by bidder as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ii) Supply of spares which are included in this schedule shall be used for maintenance of water coolers cum purifiers as and when required. |
| 5 | Annual Maintenance of 3 Nos. of DRYER of Air Compressor on monthly basis for 12 months i.e. total qty. of Dryers (3 Nos. x 12 months=36 Nos. of maint.)including checking, servicing, repairing, complete overhauling and painting as and when required (but complete overhauling at least twice in a year and painting once in a year) and attending breakdown calls within 24 hours including replacement of all spare parts as per scope of work & special conditions per machine per month. Note: i) Cleaning and general maintenenece ofDryers shall have to be carried out as and when required or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, ii) Supply of spares which are included in this schedule shall be used for maintenance of Dryers as and when required. |
