Tender For Comprehensive Maints Of Lifts And Certain Em Items At G2 Pocket Under Ge East Jalandhar Cantt; 1 Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 18 Nos of 8 passenger having capacity 544 Kg(Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installedat G2 pocket by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alignment of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing/repair the unserviceableparts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical partsincluding taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time incl provn of suitable services for rescue operation in all three shifts all as specified and directed. 2 Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 18 Nos of 13 passenger having capacity 884 Kg(Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed G pocket by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceableparts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors and other minor and major mechanical partsincluding taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible timeincl provn of suitable services for rescue operation in all three shifts (round the clock) all as specified and directed. 3 Note for item No 1.00 & 2.00: - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through onlyOEM rep or authorised agent of OEM.(ii)The Contractor will have to submit MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) within fifteen days of acceptance of tender failing which tender will be cancelled and amount equal to earnest money will be recovered from the contractor. Lowest bidder/ Contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper duly notarised as per specified proforma.(iii)All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor.(iv) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of tender in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account except srlitem No. 3 to 09.(v)Cost of spare parts which are not specified inSrl item No. 1 & 2 but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (vi)Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items.(vii) The complaint/breakdown will be attended immediately and maximum with in 16 Hrs and will be rectified within 48 Hrs after receiving the complaint. 4 (viii).The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the contractor duly signed by service team, contractor ,JE E/M and Engr-in-charge as per maintainance. (ix). The Contractor will maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personal regularly and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEMs specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly.(x).The Complaint/ breakdown will be attended immidiately and maximum within 16 hrs and will be rectified within 48 hrs after recieving complaint. 5 (xi)Rescue operator to be deployed for three shifts of eight hours .Rate deemed to be included for any rescue operation for any emergency during the contract periodfor item No.1&2including Saturday, Sunday and holiday for eleven calendor months period.(xii) As a part of maintainance ,OEM will provide basic training to CUSTOMER with respect to rescuing passengers entraped in elevators.(xiii)If contractor failed to rectify the complaint/breakdown within two day then recovery will be done as Rs 2000.00 Per day per lift.(xiv) Mob no.of OEM technician will be displayed on each lift and guard room.(xv) The contractor through OEM will carry out monthly,quarterly and half yearly maintainance as pewr particular specification within overall quoted rate for monthly,quarterly and yearly maintainance checks.(xvi) The contractor will have to purchase platinum plan for the lifts from the OEM ,the same will be also mentioned in MOU. (xvii) Any UNSV Parts required to be replaced for serviceability of lift shall be infrom to JE priority & old UNSV parts will be deposit in store yard for taken charge on salvage ledger through demolition certficate. Necessary recovery will be floated from RAR for non depositing of retreived items as UNSV. 6 Dismantling the cabinfans of size 300mm sweep from lift, removing the burnt out winding wires, rewinding with winding wires and insulation materials overhauling/servicing, greasing/ lubricating, insulating electric leads, bearing/ bushes , bolts nuts, condensor,assembling back checking for proper function and testing all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. 7 Supply and replace cabin fan 300mm sweep size as per existing type suitable for lift all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and replace LED recessedceiling light 5W square type as per existing type in lift all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and replace UPS battery for 8/13 passenger lift 18 AH, 12 Vas per existing type in lift all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing in replacement RCCB double pole, 30mA, 16 to 25 Amps completeall as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing in replacement RCCB Four pole, 30mA, 25 Amps complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing in replacement RCCB Four pole, 30mA, 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixing Wire netting with aluminium anodised frame (rectangular hollow section of size 20mmx10mmx1.5mm thick ) of size 450mmx450mm, made ofgalvanised steel wire 0.91mm dia with spacing 20mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples and fixed to wall on exhaust fan opening complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for third party inspection / testing of lifts in pockets by lift inspector of concerned state once in a year and the point raised / suggested during the inspection have to be implemented complete all as specified and directed.
