Tender For Special Repair To Pump Houses At Afs Under Ge (Af) Jorhat; 1.00 Ground water survey & resistivity test for bore well to locate and identify the suitable site (point) for potable and good yield water by any Government or Govt. approved agency, by geologist and report to be submitted and approved by GE before drilling the bore well complete all as specified & directed. 2.00 M&L drilling of bore well by deploying required plant and machinery for boring 200 mm dia size pilot bore through any kind of soil / strata including hard stone / boulder by direct rotary method up to and including 60 Mtrs depth below ground level complete all as specified & directed.Note :- 01(one) trial hole to be done at site and rate for the same as deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 3.00 All as per item No 2.00 above but for depth from 60 meters below ground level up to 90 meters depth complete all as specified and directed . 4.00 All as per item No 2.00 above but for depth from 90 meters below ground level up to 120 meters depth complete all as specified and directed. 5.00 Development of trial bores by reaming 525mm dia for 60m depth from ground level complete all as specified and directed. 6.00 All as per item No 5.00 above but for depth from 60meters below ground level up to 90 meters depth complete all as specified and directed. 7.00 All as per item No 5.00 above but for depth from 90 meters below ground level up to 120 meters depth complete all as specified and directed. 8.00 M&L Developing the tube well with 300 PSI, 450 CFM capacity air compressor as required until clear water is obtained including transportation, erection and dismantling of air compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Time for developing the tube well be not less than 08 Hrs per bore well complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Compressor, pump, pipe and other allied items will be arranged by contractor and no extra payment will made by the department. 9.00 Developing tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water along with required plants & equipments, tools & sockets till sand free water of potable quality complete all as specified and directed. 10.00 Yield test for the bore well by applying V-Notch method with continuously pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield including draw down test, verticality test & aquifer performance test and chemical & biological test from a Govt testing laboratory complete all as specified and directed. 11.00 Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticised PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 250 mm diameter (Internal), minimum wall thickness 12.5 mm conforming to IS : 12818-2010 including fittings & accessories etc for all depths complete all as specified and directed. 12.00 Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticised PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm diameter (Internal), minimum wall thickness 7.5 mm conforming to IS : 12818-2010 including fittings & accessories etc for all depths complete all as specified and directed. 13.00 Supplying, assembling and lowering 150 mm inner dia unplasticised PVC medium well screen (RMS) with ribs with minimum wall thickness under ribs as 7.5 mm confirming to IS : 12818-2010 including fittings & accessories etc for all depths complete all as specified and directed. 14.00 Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 250mm dia internal dia housing pipe, made out of 8mm thick steel plate duly welded with locking arrangement with holes for passing 10 Sqmm flat submersible cable complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- After completion of the work the cap will be used to keep the tube well closed until the pump set is installed. 15.00 Supply, lowering & jointing GI PIPE ‘HEAVY CLASS’ column pipe as per IS: 4270/2001 as amended upto date duly ISI marked, 100 mm dia, 3 meter long heavy grade, 6.0 mm wall thickness, flange ended complete with nuts, bolts, washers & rubber gasket including groove for cable entry system and applied with two coats of black bituminous paint (food grade) on both inside and outside surfaces of pipe after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 16.00 Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, both ends flanged with holes, ISI Marked (IS 14864-2000), including carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc, with CI wheel, fixed to water mains, of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 17.00 Supplying and fixing cast iron heavy duty non return valve, PN 1.6 both ends flanged conforming to IS, suitable for 100mm bore pipe (horizontal type) including carbon steel nuts, bolts and washers, rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed. 18.00 Supply and fixing pressure gauge in pipe line 100 mm dia, 0 to 10 Kg/Sqmm including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. 19.00 Cutting of existing GI/Cast Iron pipe for insertion of new Tee of upto 150 mm bore including jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.NOTE : Cost of new Tee is included in the quoted rates. 20.00 Excavation in trenches n exc 1.M wide and n exc 1.5M in depth for taking out/laying CI/GI pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 21.00 Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 22.00 Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 23.00 Supplying, lowering, fixing, commissioning and testing submersible pumping set in bore well, electrically driven, 415 volts three phase, AC, 12.5 HP capacity, with other connected accessories and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed. 24.00 Supply and filling Pea gravel of size 3 to 6 mm for parking around the housing/assembly, slotted pipe of the bore well, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurement carried out on site. 25.00 Supply and fixing accessories for UPVC casing pipes 250mm to150mm such as UPVC reducer, socket, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The specifications of these items should comply with the requirements for the scope of work and shall be to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 26.00 Testing of raw and treated water for all parameters covering complete chemical and bacteriological aspect from RRL, Jorhat/DRL Tezpur or any Govt approved/recognized Lab as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed. 27.00 S & F PVC insulated and sheathed flat stranded copper conductor of 10 sqmm 3 core water proof submersible cable incl lug and fixed in submersible pump set complete all as directed. 28.00 Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar items including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed. 29.00 Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 30.00 Supply and fix Rendering 10 mm thick (1:4) on fair faces of brick
