Tender For Special Repair/ Resurfacing Of Road Including Allied Works At Haig Line (Jcos/ Or Md Accn) Under Ge Devlali; 1 Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed. 2 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick(compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam ( WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant,material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rollingwith vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as spd and directed. The finished surface tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparing on WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanicalcompressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade SS1 type (packed bitumen emulsion) confirming to IS: 8887-1978at a rate of application of 8.5 kg/10 sqm on surface of WMM as specified in MoRTH Fifth Revision specification for road and bridge works including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental cost of work using mechanical sprayer/means complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparing on existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanicalcompressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsionof approved grade RS1 type (packed bitumen emulsion) conforming to IS: 8887-1978 at a rate of application of 2.5 kg/ 10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in MoRTH Fifth Revision specification for road and bridge works, using mechanical sprayer/meanscomplete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving VG - 30 grade bitumen) of min. 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L applying evenly tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsionof approved grade RS1 type (packed bitumen emulsion) conforming to IS: 8887-1978 at a rate of application of 2 kg/ 10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in MoRTH Fifth Revision specification for road and bridge works, using mechanical sprayer/meanscomplete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L forpremixedbituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickeness laid using mechanical sensor paver for any width of road with max 5% binder content, paving butimen VG-30 grade byweight oftotal mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled,rolled and rammed including watering with power roller complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for painting line, dashes, arrow,centre lines, stoplines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like letters etc. on road pavement (parking etc.) providing & applying 2 mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specifiedshade /colour using hot thermoplastic material fully / semi-automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including preparation of previously treated surfaces , cleaning surfaces of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. 11 Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip reflector and fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions incl chemicals as required complete all as specified and directed. Make 3M/Greenlite. 12 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc incl chemicals complete all as specified and directed.
