Tender For Periodical Services In All Units (Md/Otm) Of Hq Cif(K) Under Age (I) Cif (K); 1 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/old decorated ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified. 2 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified. 3 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, including scraping and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall over 1mm thick putty complete all as specified. 4 Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces on walls including scraping and applying two or more coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ltr, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over 1mm thick putty, complete all as per manufacturers instruction upto satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge 5 Material and labour for preparation/sizing new or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying filler coat of thin varnish or lacquer or she llac varnish and finishing coat with synthetic varnish, complete all as specified. 6 Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified. 7 M&L for preparingoldplastered or unplastered surfaces of walls for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm oversurfaces complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 CM girth or width, complete all as directed by the Engr in charge 9 M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 CM girth or width, complete all as directed by the Engr in charge 10 Taking down cement plastering on stone wall/brick wall etc including racking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc 11 M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 onbrick/concrete surfaceas in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement. 12 M&L 15mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:6 onbrick/concrete surfaceand finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement. 13 M&L 15mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 onbrick/concrete surfaceand finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement. 14 M & L for applying two coats of white wash as in ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over primer and 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified. 16 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistance primer paint complete all as specified.
