(Note:- Repair/cleaning/winding will be measured and paid separately) 3 M&L for dismantling of nonclog submersible sewage pump set and replacement of wornout deep groove ball bearing 2 Nos., impeller, mechanical seal 2 Nos., shaft protection sleeve, gaskets and O-ring and topping of lubricaton oil level including assembling the pump coupling and motor with correct alignment and testing complete ofcapacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 4 M&L for dismantling 3 phase electric motor of non clog submersible sewage pump set and removing burnt out winding wire from stator slots, cleaning, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with proper insulation, varnishing and heating and re-assembling the same and testing complete of capacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M&L for dismantling of nonclog submersible sewage pumpset and removing the blockages inside of pump and cleaning of impeller and delivery mouth/ line etc and assembling the same and testing complete ofcapacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply and fix in repair single phase preventor 415Volts 50Hz including taking down the existing one, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 M&L for disconnecting of electrical connection and dismantling of 3 HP induction motor from secondary clarifier mechanism, removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation replacement of front and rear bearing, shaft protection sleeves,O rings, gasket, mechanical sealand impeller including assembling and reconnecting of electrical connection the same as existing and testing complete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply and Laying in replacement of flat submersible1100 Volts grade, 3 core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 6 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 M&L for cleaning the Raw sewage RCC sump of size 7.15M x 3.5M x 5.5Monce in 11 months, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Rates for removal of the old filter media from the pressure filter and cleaning the filter are deemed included in the quoted rate. The media will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. 23 Supply and laying gravels of different sizes of grade 5mm to 40mm for dual media filter (DMF) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Supply and laying fab media for MBBR to grow biological organismscomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Supply and laying tube media for tube settlercomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply and layingfilter media activated carbon for activated carbon filter tank (ACF)complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply and laying Poly aluminium chloride for waste water treatmentcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Supply and layingfilter media Coarse silex of size 2/4 , 4/8 in pressure filter beds complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Supply and layingfilter media coarse and fine sand in pressure filter beds of size 8/16, 16/32complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Note:-An amount of Rs.13,330.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch A Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
