Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Structural Repair/ Strengthening Work Of Columns, Beams, Slab (Basement Area) Mine Development and Operation Service- Lumpsum Based Mine Development & Operations Service(MDO) Repair/ Strengthening work of Columns, Beams, Slab (BASEMENT AREA) at NBCC Heights project Chipping Surface: Chipping of all loose and spalling to concrete wherever required, hacking the surface where ever required including cost of material, labour, equipment, tools etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer - incharge. a) upto 50mm thick Sqm 200 a) above 50mm & upto 100 mm thick Sqm 50 2 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. Cum 8 3 Disposal of Malba: Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-incharge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Cum 50 4 Crack Treatment: Cutting & making V groove of required width and depth over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Sealing of exposed V groove manually using pre-batched one component fiber reinforced shrinkage compensated thixotropic cementious patch repair mortar Shalifix FRM 40 of STP/ Renderoc SP 40 of FOSROC/ Mapegrout T60 IN of Mapei make or equivalent approved by EIC as per manufacturer specifications and all complete as per the direction the Engineer-in-charge. The compressive strength of mortar shall be ≥ 40 Mpa (28 Days). Kg 200 5 Cleaning old reinforcement by rust remover: Cleaning of rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover ShaliRust Off of STP/ Reebaklens RR of Fosroc/ ReArm Rust C of MYK Arment make or equivalent approved by EIC as per manufacturer specifications with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. For payment, area of concrete surface after chipping/ repair will be measured. Sqm 250 6 Anti corrosive treatment to old reinforcement: Providing and applying anti rust zinc rich epoxy resin based Anticorrosive zinc rich primer Shaliprime ZN R of STP/ Nitozinc Primer STD of Fosroc/ Rearm Coat ZP of MYK Arment make or equivalent approved by EIC as per manufacturer specifications over the cleaned reinforcement (of up to 28mm diameter) complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. For payment, area of concrete surface after chipping/ repair will be measured. Sqm 250 7 Rebaring: Providing and fixing Rebar as per structural drawing & as per manufacturer’s instructions/ instructed by project manager for anchoring of reinforcement bars. Rate to include cost of drilling by mechanical means in concrete of all grades & for all RCC elements i.e. foundation, column, Beam, slab, Roof Ceiling etc. for all height, level & floors, cleaning the drilled holes, etc., placing rebar, filling chemical and allowing it to cure Make: RE 500 V4 of Hilti/ Lokfix E77 of FOSROC/ Wurth/ Klimas or equivalent 7.a 8 mm Dia Rebar with 100 mm embedment depth Nos 0 7.b 10 mm Dia Rebar with 120 mm embedment depth Nos 3696 7.c 12 mm Dia Rebar with 150 mm embedment depth Nos 0 7.d 16 mm Dia Rebar with 200 mm embedment depth Nos 0 7.e 20 mm Dia Rebar with 250 mm embedment depth Nos 710 8 Fixing Additional New Reinforcement: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work to the required shape and size including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge. (i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars Kg 6724 9 Acrylic Bond Coat: Providing and applying bonding agent using ShaliSBR Latex of STP/ Nitobond SBR Latex of Fosroc/ Rearm Bond SBR 45 of MYK Arment make or equivalent approved by EIC admixed with cement as per manufacturer specifications and complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.
