| 2 | Cutting and removing the complete damaged portion of steel craft by gas cutting and making the structure perfectly in level to facilitate fabrication of new steel structural and MS plates without any deviation in original alignment, staking the ct and removed steel materials with in a lead of 50 mtrs as directed by the Engineer In Charge including cost of all labour charges cost of all materials required transportation of materials etc., complete. |
| 3 | Fabrication and assembling of the steel structural by cutting/ removing as well as by addition to the structure to strengthen the existing structure of the steel craft with various sizes of MS plates, angles, flats seamless ppies and other steel structurals,using welding with 4mm advani orliken make over cord-S electrodes and gas welding as per direction of Engineer in Charge including hire charges and running expenses of welding generator set, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of electrodes, gas cylinders, including cost of steel plates and other steel structurals, etc., complete.. |
| 4 | Chipping scrapping and thoroghly cleaning the old steel surface with chipping hammer, scrapper, etc. and cleaning with wire brush and cotton waste etc, as per the direction of Engineer In Charge including cost of all materials and tools required etc., complete. |
| 5 | Painting inside/ outside the cleaned surfaces of the craft with one coat of approved marine quality epoxy primer/ marine quality primer paintover the surface of steel crafs as directed by the Engineer In Charge including cost of all labour charges, primer paint and thinner, brushes, minor tools etc., complete. |
| 6 | Painting inside/ outside with two coats of approved marine quality enamel color paintover the surface of craft already painted with primer paint/ marine quality expoxy primer coat as directed by the Engineer In Charge including cost of all labour charges, cost of enemel paint and thinner, brushes, minor tools etc., complete. |
