Tender For Term Contract For Artificers Works Of B/R And E/M For Various Drdo Facilities At Advance Field Research Center Patsio.; 1 PART A-Term contracts for artificers works as per follwing conditions 2 Term Contract for Artificers works to perform services and execute artificers works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018, as amended together with Vol-I & II of CPWD Specification 2019 edition, as amended forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates The estimated rate of this item is considered as the total amount for the items executed as per the rate of DSR-2023 for Electrical Works & DSR-2025 Part-II for E/M and DSR-2023 for Civil Worksthe quoted rate of this item shall be considered as the amount to be taken by the bidder in place of estimated amont. On the basis of quoted rate the percentage below or above the estimated amount shall be considered. 3 Notes for Part A and Part B: - 4 [a] Tenderer shall quote the percentage rate in the cell No. F23 at bottom of this sheet. The percentage quote shall be applied on Part-A of BOQ. The percentage quote means, bidder is quoting the rate by percentage rate above or below the DSR explained above. 5 [c] Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2023. 6 [d] No rate to be quoted in cell number M 14. In case the bidder enter the rate in this cell, it will not be included for calculation. 7 [e] Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total amount in cell No. BA-25 and L1 shall be decided on the same criterion. The value of contract may go up to the eastimated value of contract on the basis of rates quoted by bidder. However, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in BOQ. 8 [f] schedule of credit is not fixed through BOO hence tenderer shall quote the rates considering the cost of credits of old materials. 9 The items expected for execution of works has been considered from DSR-2023 / 2025 but in case if any other items are necessary, the payment shall be done with rate analysis on the basis of prevailing market with approval of EMU(R&D)Estates, Chandigarh 10 Quoted Percentage (+) andTotal Amount including Percentage % (-) / (+)
