    Repairing and renovation of gaseous chlorination system(Unit-I) at Dhitpur OHR site under CMD, PHE Dte., Dist.- Purba-Bardhaman.- 1 Dismantling and taken out the old damaged spares with pipe line part by part after disconnection of power line and cable line with cutting the bolt nut etc. by expert mechanic complete the job as per direction of EIC. 2 Supply delivery following materials at site : 3 Wall mounted vacuum operated gas chlorinator series 200 capacity 1 Kg/hr.Part No. 201C1 (Make : Capco Water Solution Pvt. Ltd.) 4 Liquid Trap 5 0-16 Kg Pressure indicator for gas lineMake : H. Guru 6 0-16 Kg Pressure indicator for water lineMake : H. Guru 7 Flexible copper connecting coil – 1.5 mtr. long (Part No. R100-2), Make : Capco Water Solution Pvt. LTD. 8 Ejector Diaphragm (D-105) 9 Ejector Diaphragm (D-104) 10 Ejector ‘O’ Ring (Part – OC-11-210) 11 25 mm UPVCsocket, Make : Supreme 12 25 mm UPVCelbow, Make : Supreme 13 25 mm Ball valve, Make : Supreme 14 Fittings fixing the above new supplied gaseous spares and also UPVC pipe line spares on the existing position part by part by expert mechanic and also connecting of power line and cable line complete the job as per direction of EIC 15 Add GST @ 18% 16 Add Cess @ 1%
