Estimate for doing the Survey and Growing Stock Enumeration works (for preparation of Working Plan) at Jalpaiguri Forest Division during F.Y. 2025-26 as per the National Working Plan code 2023 by the Working plan (North) Division, Darjeeling (per plot basis)-1 2 3 4 Transportation cost of Camp including loading unloading to Jalpaiguri Forest Division @ Rs 13 per km at different locations as per need approximately 15 km on average for Movement from Jalpaiguri Division H.Q. to differnt camp loaction. Consideration on an average from one camp location 40 sample plots may be covered. Laying of 4 number Cicular sample plot of total size 0.8 ha as per Latest National Working Plan Code by engagement of Mazdoor for carrying the instruments & accessories from road side to work site, cleaning the sample plots boundary for proper alignment of equipments such as chain & ranging road, laying out of sample plot by rope and line & back with all instruments & accessories to the Camp Office. Mazdoor engaged for laying out sub plots of 0.6 mt radius, 1.7 mt radius and 2.8 mt radius size by rope and line, marking by numbering all trees at Breast height in main plot, taking BHG of tree spp. in main plot, counting Herbs, Shrubs & Climbers, bamboos in sub plots, taking sample of soil in every sub plot by digging pit, collection of litter, weight of twigs, leaf, soil etc including filling of different enumeration forms as per National working Plan Code 2023 Supplying & fixing the wooden pegs for each corner of sample plot & colouring of each peg on top portion. Supplying Paint & Tarpin Oil for writing the Plot No. Consideration 200 ml. paint and 200 ml. tarpin required per plot. Plus supply of 1 & 2 brushes cosidering 1 no. of each brush is required for 5 no. of plots. 5 a) Supply Oild Based paint per liter b) Supply Tarpin Oil c) Supply Paint Brush 1 d) Supply Paint Brush 2 6 Hiring charges of vehicle etc. 7 km. @ Rs. 13/- per km. in each Sample Plot for movement of staffs and labours from HQ and one sample plot in Mouza to another sample plot in other Mouza by Maxicab/pickup etc, Bharat stage II/ BSII purchased on or after 2005.7 Supply of drinking water, working lunch, tea for staffs and field workers and for Camping etc. for 3 persons/Govt. H Staffs @ Rs 155 per person. Considing one team of 3 persons can comple one sample plot per day. 8 Procurement and Preparation of of Maps, Photocopy/Xeroxing, scanning etc. 9 Engagement of Skilled person for collection of data, calculation, computation etc. @498/- per 3 plots 10 Supply of fuel and lubes for Govt. vehicle @ Rs 10 per Km for 5 km Considering average milage 10 km per lit. and 100 rupees per It of POL and mobil 11 Cost of training of staffs including territorial Div including cost training materials, workning tiffin/lunch packet, banner, logistics for resource persons etc.
