Detailed Estimate For Dgps/Ets Survey Of Forest Boundary On Cadastal Map Of Jalpaiguri Forest Divisions Over 337Km Aduring F.Y. 2025-26 Under Spap By Working Plan (North) Division-1 Cost of taking Geo Co-ordinate of Forest Boundary by DGPS/ETS @ 10 DGPS points per km. @ Rs. 245/-per points by using DGPS Base and Rover or using CORS and also by engaging experienced surveyor for ground truthing and georeferencing of atleat 6-8 points on LR Mouza maps 2 3 Cost of preparation of Vector Map denoting Mouza/block/compt. boundary and forest boundary pillar locations on LR Cadastal Map/Mouza Map in AUTOCAD or Scanned Copy of LR Mouza/block/compt Map. Cost of excavation of earth by digging pit of size 0.6 mt. x 0.5 mt. x 0.4 mt. = 0.12 CuM per pit. 5 pits per km. hence 5 x .12=0.6 CuM. as per P.W.D. Schedule 2017 page no. 315. 4 Supply of wooden pegs 1 no. over 100 mt. 10 nos. per km. 5 Cost of preperation of Range Map and Beat preferably Jambo size indicating forest boundary and pillar points (2 sets Soft & Hard Copy). 6 Cost of Mouza/block/compt. Map and scanning of Mouza/block/compt. Map considering 2 kms. Forest Boundary per mouza map (Photocopy Rs. 100/-, Scanning Rs. 190/-) Cost of hiring vehicle for movement of staffs during field survey. Payment will be given as per Transport department order No. 3564-WT/3M-81/98 dt 24.11.2008 through Tender/Quotation. Consideration: 7 a) in 1 day maximum 2 km survey can be done by a team of 5 person using 2 DGPS (1 base station and 1 rover) or using CORS 8 b) Per day movement of vehicle will be 100 km. (approx.) for 2 km. Forest boundary DGPS Survey. Hence for 1 km. Forest boundary Survey movement will be 50 km. (approx. Cost of transportation of Camp from Jalpaiguri to different Beat & Range locations through hired Pickup Van induding loading unloading. Payment will be given as per Transport department order No. 3564-WT/3M-81/98 dt 24.11.2008 through Tender/Quotation. Consideration from 1 Camp location atleast 10 km survey can be done. 9 Cost of POL for deptt. Vehicle for supervision of works from Jalpaiguri to different Range and Beat Locations. 10 Cost of Camping including supplying of Drinking Water, Working Lunch, Camping Materials and logistics etc. for a team of approx. 5 persons during survey works. Payment will be given as per Tender/Quotation. NO. 11 Cost of watch and ward of Camp including by engagement of D/L day and night considering in 1 day maximum 2 km survey can be done.
