    Request For Quotation (Rfq) For “Mezzanine For Panner Cold Room“ As Mentioned In Annexure Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation of Mezzanine flooring system and Storage at Mik Cold Stores at Amul fed dairy as per the load details & Dimension given below: - Quantity Required: 1 Lot 2 Note: Before quoting for the work, Vendors should visit Milk Cold Room Amulfed dairy ,Bhat Village for proper understanding of the Scope of Work and location of the proposed Mezzanine floor. Vendors who have quoted without Site visit to Amul fed Dairy, their quotes will not consider 3 Total Mezzanine Floor Proposed Area : 90 Sq -Mts +/- 10 % Site Name – Paneer Cold Room of Amul fed Dairy Room Temperature - 4 deg C Clear height of Mezzanine floor from the ground floor shall be minimum 2100 mm & Total Height of Room from Ground Floor is 3850 mm up to beam bottom. Maximum Load carrying capacity: 1000 Kg UDL per Square meter + 10 % tolerance. Total Load bearing capacity of overall Mezzanine floor area: 25 -35 Tons. Existing RCC flooring of the Milk Cold Room (where Mezzanine floor is planned) is with average thickness of 5 to 6 inches. There may be a slope of approximately 2 to 3 inches from one end to another end of the stores. While fabricating the vertical supports, these points should be taken care by the vendor. Required shims for leveling in scope of vendor
