    Tender For Design, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Freon-Based Ibt (Ice Bank Tank) Refrigeration System Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Freon-based Ice Bank Tank (IBT) refrigeration system to support the milk pasteurization process at Purabi Dairy Plant, Dhemaji. The job is on turnkey basis and includes: - Ice Bank Tank (IBT) with agitator and copper coils - Scroll/semi-hermetic compressors with standby arrangement - Twin condensing units (air-cooled) - Control panel with electrical switchgear and instrumentation - Refrigerant piping, valves, sensors, gauges - Chilled water pumps with GI Class-C pipe - Refrigerant charging with R-407C - Electrical cabling, earthing and control wiring - PUF insulation, fittings, and accessories - Testing, commissioning and on-site training of WAMUL staff.
