OTHER TECHNICAL DETAILS: AMC for ELGI Screw Air Compressor on whole job basis. HVF No.C459, C460, C461, C462, C463, C464, C465, C466 Scope of Work: 1. Check and ensure the Dil level and quality of oil. If required top up the oil. Oil will be supplied by HVF. Check and ensure any air & oil leakage in the compressor. If any leakage it should be rectify. 3. Cleaning of Air filter and if required to change new air filter. 4. Check and replace the water separator element at recommended interval. 5. Check and replace the drive coupling element if required. 6. Check and ensure the operation of the safety valve against the set pressure. 7. Check and ensure all the quick coupling fittings and flexible hoses are intact. 8. Check and ensure the proper functioning of all the valves in the compressor package and replace the service kits or assemblies if required. 9. Check and ensure proper functioning of the auto drain valve and clean/change if required. Total Quantity :
