Preparation for Cooling Plates replacement inside & out side the Blast Furnace- Moblisation of Hanging Platform with gratings hand railing & all accessories with 4 Nos of electric chain hoist, Moblisation of circular mono rail with 2 Nos of electric chain Hoist ofheight minimum 30 mtr, Moblisation 2 Nos erectric hoist minimum height 45 mtr for lifting & lowering of stave cooler to roller table, Moblisation of 2 Nos of roller table, Moblisation of cooling ID Fan with Duct line connecting with tuyre opening, Moblisation of3 Nos of degassing pipe line with burner, Moblisation of all required tools & tackles for the replacement of cooling plates REMOVAL OF OLD MTA PLATES,SHIFTING THE NEW PLATES,FIXING THEM IN POSITION WITH DRIVES, FIXING OF WEARING PARTS,TAKING TRIAL.
