Tender For Rate Contract For Patch Repair Work On Various Road Of Sub Dn Kuraj - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201.(II)By Mechanical Means (A)In area of non-thorny jungle 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 50 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing thematerial with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layingin uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smoothwheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. 4 Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and MoRTH specifications Clause 3002 (i) (B) Mechanical Means 5 Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 13mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B as per MoRTH specificationClause 3004.2 6 Supply of readymade cold bituminous mixture for pothole patching in potholes in accordance with IRC:116-2014 specifications with IRC: 116-2014 spccifications with 5.6% MC-800 Cut back Bitumenand suitable anti stripping agent with all lead and lift in 50 kg plastic lined sturdy bags complete in all respect as per direction of engincer-in- charge including all transportation, stacking & taxes etc 7 Placing and compacting readymade cold bituminous mixture in potholes duly prepared in accordance with IRC:116-2014 with Specifications with all lead and lift for placement at site complete in all respect as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge including all taxes etc. 8 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201.(I)By Manual Means (A)In area of non-thorny jungle
