Tender For Annual Plan-Pro.No.75/2025-2026-Valiyamkulam Chanthiruthy Road Maintenance In Koduvayur Gp-General Civil Work - RETARRING 2 3.5.2:Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m <br> Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. 3 OD140864/2025-2026:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface. 4 OD140863/2025-2026:Chemical compound for restoration works Subgrade water proofing Providing and applying two coats of Terrasil and Zycobond solution prepared in water in the ratio of 1:1:100(Terrasil :Zycobond : water)on the prepared surface of subgrade for waterproofing and preventing capillary rise.First spray is tobeapplied at the rate of 2.50-3.50L/sqm and second spary at the same rate applied after 1-3 hours of appying first, using mechanical means and as per the directions of the departmental officersat the site 5 75.5.2.2pb:Tack Coat - With Packed Bitumen RatesProviding and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 75.5.11.1.A.2pb:Mix Seal Surfacing - Manual Means - Type A - Bitumen S-65 - Packed Bitumen Rates <br> Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 <br> By Manual Means <br> Type A <br> (II) Bitumen (S-65) 7 4.11.2:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. (ii) Using Gravel mix soil. 8 75.8.1:Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 9 OD153605/2025-2026:Supplying and providing readymade GI name board with all conveyance ,labour and hire charges etc complete using GI hollow tube of size 80x40x1.4mm post, 40x20x1.4mm outer frame,0.60mm thick Iron sheet of size 90x60 cm with two coat of enamel painting over a coat of primer , lettering with suitable colour and size ,fixing the post in ground with CC1:2:4 etc complete.
