Tender For Repair To Sofa Set And Misc Furniture Issued To Md Otm Accn Under Ge Af Adm Area At Af Station Agra.; 1 SOFA SET 4 SEATER/ 5 SEATER, Drg No. FD-281/ 373Taking down old unserviceable front leg of sofa set 4 seater/ 5 seater and S&F new front leg made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 2 Taking down old unserviceable rear leg of sofa set 4 seater/ 5 seater and S&F new rear leg made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 3 Taking down old unserviceable batten of sofa set 4 seater/ 5 seater and S&F new batten made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 4 Taking down old unserviceable long rail (rear) of sofa three seater and S&F of new long rail (rear) ofof sofa (three seater) made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size compelete all as specified and shown on drawing . 5 Taking down old unserviceable long rail (front) of sofa three seater and S&F of new long rail ( front) ofof sofa (three seater) made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size compelete all as specified and shown on drawing . 6 Taking down old unserviceable rail (rear) of sofa single seater and S&F of new rail (rear) ofof sofa (single seater) made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size compelete all as specified and shown on drawing . 7 Taking down old unserviceable rail (rear) of sofa single seater and S&F of new rail (front) ofof sofa (single seater) made out of 1st class seasoned hard wood (Shisham) as per shape and size compelete all as specified and shown on drawing . 8 Taking down old unserviceable arm rest/hand rest of sofa single/ three seater and S&F new arm rest/hand rest made outof Ist class hard wood (Shisham) as per existing shape and size complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. 9 S&F in repplacement of cushion from of 40 density cool foam of size 21 x 21, 100 mm thick, comlpete allas specified and as directed.Make of foam: Primo Cool of Sleepwell or Goldline Plus of Kurlon.Note:- B.O.O will ascertain quality and quantity of material supplied. 10 S&F in repair of superior quality tapestry cloth of approved shade and quality with Zip arrangement on one side for easy removing/ closing purpose etc. to cover the cushion of size 21 x 21 x 100 mm thickall as specified and directed. NOTE:Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 350/- per meter. 11 M&L for preparation of surfaces by throughly rubbing with emery paper, applying raw/ burnt seina uniformly and applying one or more coats of french polishing to achieve glossy finish to surfaces of sofa chair (single seater) including tightening of all loose components comlpete allas specified and as directed. 12 M&L for preparation of surfaces by throughly rubbing with emery paper, applying raw/ burnt seina uniformly and applying one or more coats of french polishing to achieve glossy finish to surfaces of sofa 3 seater including tightening of all loose components comlpete allas specified and as directed. 13 CHAIR WRITING/VISITOR Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/12S&F in repair of PU seat and back duly upholstered with best quality Acrylic / Polyester fabric for all type of chair writing/ visitor as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F in repair of handles / armrests made of black integral skinpolyurethane reinforced with MS insert scratch proof for computer chair as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F in repairs to upholstry of Sofa Set 5 pieces (3+1+1) of any makeby removing existing upholstry replacing of all unserviceable materials, viz, tapastry, springs, coir fibre, hessain cloth, long cloth, cotton, cane sticks etc, if any to restore the seat all as per drg or make of company as original (Serviceable coir fibre, cotton, cane sticks, spring etc retrived can be reused if in good condition, but the acrylic tapastry shall be new costing minimum of Rs.500/- per meter ), complete all as specified shown on drawing or as directed .(FD-81 M, TP) 16 M&L for preparation of old wood surfaces by scraping and filling bore holes with putty and finally rubbing with sand paper/ abbrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying two coat of french polishover a coatof wax to the depressed surface forsmooth finishing complete all as specified on drawing or as directedfor the following furniture articles:- Chair dining 17 Chair writing 18 Chair Easy 19 Book case 20 Table dining 6/8 persons 21 Table without drawer 900x600x760mm 22 Table with drawer 900x600x760mm 23 Teapoy 24 Table centre 25 Tablewriting 26 Peg table 27 Table dressing ladies with mirror
