Tender For Cleaning Of Water Tank And Allied Works In Bldgs Of Zone A, B,C And D At Lgj Mil Stn; 1 Cleaning of existing serviceable PVC tank of capacity exc 200 ltr and upto 500 ltrs, firstly dewatering the water tank using mud pump and clean the walls and bottom of tank using vacuum cleaner, clean the walls and bottom of tank using scrubbers along with ecofriendly chemical (Bleaching powder) and them washing the walls and bottom of tank using high pressure jet spray and drain out complete muddy water by means of pump or drain pipe, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in original postion including all inlet and outlet water connection and re-fixing existing MS frame and writing the dates of cleaning and due date with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Cleaning of existing serviceable PVC tank of capacity exc 500 ltr and upto 1000 ltrs, firstly dewatering the water tank using mud pump and clean the walls and bottom of tank using vacuum cleaner, clean the walls and bottom of tank using scrubbers along with ecofriendly chemical (Bleaching powder) and them washing the walls and bottom of tank using high pressure jet spray and drain out complete muddy water by means of pump or drain pipe, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in original postion including all inlet and outlet water connection and re-fixing existing MS frameand writing the dates of cleaning and due date with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note for item No. 1 to 2:Nut bolts for fixing MS frame if rusted the same shall be replaced with new one and cost of same shall be included in the unit rate, cleaning of tank should be done by using Non toxic ecofriendly chemical as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.No extra payment will be done for the same. 3 Supply & fixingrotational mouldedpolyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical triple layered with closed top white coloured), ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres including out let connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description, any capacity and writing of dates of cleaning and due date with synthetic enamel paint and stensil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Supply & fixing rotational mouldedpolyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical triple layered with closed top white coloured), ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 litres including out let connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description, any capacity and writing of dates of cleaning and due date with synthetic enamel paint and stensil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 5 Supply and fixing in repairs ballvalves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS. 6 Supply and fixing in repairs ballvalves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 25mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS. 7 Supply and fixing in repairs 20 mm (Outer dia) CPVC pipes SDR 11 including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floorincluding chases, pinning and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply and fixing in repairs 25 mm (Outer dia) CPVC pipes SDR 11 including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floorincluding chases, pinning and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 S&F in repair gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 15 mm bore fixed in repair all as specified and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : the minium weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS 10 S&F in repair gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 20 mm bore fixed in repair all as specified and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : the minium weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS 11 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured are paid separetly 13 S&F in repair HDPE tank cover with nuts and bolts/threaded type for 500/1000 ltrs etc of approved quality pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge 14 Removing shrubs/vegetation and grass from wall/roof in the vicinity of overhead tanks and applying chemical to prevent further growth of roots and making good disturbed portion by applying suitable finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 15 Note:- Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of item to MES store yard.Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
