    Tender For Supply Of Bio Composter Bin - Three PPCP (Poly Prophylene Co-polymer) Bins of 2.5-3 mm gauge, 32 cm height,35cm upper dia and 27 cm bottom dia,22 ltr. Capacity with 2 mm dia holes provided all round for ventilation and 4 holes of 1 cm dia provided at the bottom for leachate collection.The bins contain 3 PPCP lids of 3 mm gauge,40 cm dia duly having center hole of 22 cm dia,fit for holding the upper one and covering the bottom bin.The upper most covering lid should contain a removable hot air ventilation mouth of 11 cm height , 22 cm dia fitted at 21.5 cm dia center hole, the mouth is having a hot air cap with handle.PPCP tray of 2.5 cm height and 27 cm dia provided at the bottom most portion for leachate collection . 5 kg block of microbes enriched coir pith inoculum for water absorption.The same can be converted into 60 ltr of loose inoculum when it is soaked in water. Infrastructure Requirement :1. Three PPCP bins of 22 ltr capacity 2.Three lids for holding the upper bin duly meant for covering the bottom bin. 3. One top most lid having hot air ventilation mouth for ensuring the air circulation. 4. A leachate collection tray at bottom most portion. 5.One block of Microbes enriched inoculum for water absorption
