Tender For Repair Replacement And Servicing Of Dg Set And Connected Items At Tech Area At Af Stn Ambala Under Ge Af Ambala; 1 Material & Labour for servicing/preventive maintenance of DG set of capacity 625 KVA (Make:-Cummins) at site comprising of the following :- (a) Drain out old used engine oil by opening the oil chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly, pouring the new engine oil. (b) Drain out the old radiator coolant and pouring the new radiator Coolant. (c) Refaxing the chamber cover with & including new gasket. (d) Replacement of Diesel Filter, Oil Filter, Air Filter. (e) Cleaning the diesel tank, clean radiator fins, check rubber seal and hose pipes replace if found defective. (f) Check speed governer for proper functioning and lubricating linkages, check functioning of engine protection unit. (g) Check and repair of any leakage etc. and replacement of small minor items such as nut, bolts, washers, etc cost thereof shall be included in quoted rate of this item. 2 Job work also comprises the following checks :- (a) Checking of engine oil level. (b) Checking of oil bath cleaner oil level. (c) Drain sediments from fuel tank. (d) Checking of pre-cleaner dust pan (e) Checking of air cleaner restriction. (f) Checking of coolant level (g) Record oil pressure (h) Checking/tightening of all nuts-bolts of engine and alternator (i) Checking of AVM pads (j) Checking of diaphragm coupling & checking of tappet clearance (k) clean fuel tank breather (l) Clean crank case breather (m) Checking of air piping (n) Cleaning of oil bath air cleaner tray screen (o) Check/adjust belts (p) checking battery voltage, water level and apply jelly on terminals (q) Checking fan hub/air blower hub and water pump (r) Cleaning turbo-charger (s) Tighten manifold nuts of cops screws (t) Cleaning of electrical connections with CTC solutions (t) Checking of safety controls (u) Cleaning of engine. (v) Replacement of complete engine oil with new one. Note: Spare Parts, Filters, Engine oil, Coolant which ever is used measured and Paid Separately as supply only. 3 Supply Only Diesel Filter of make as recommended by the original manufacturer of DG set. 4 Supply Only Oil Filter of make as recommended by the original manufacturer of DG set. 5 Supply Only Air Filter of make as recommended by the original manufacturer of DG set. 6 Supply Only Engine oil 15W40/20W40. Make : SERVO/HP/CASTROL 7 Supply only coolant for radiator DAFC 30% all as specified and directed 8 Supply & fixing maintenance free battery 12 volts, 180 AH complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide / Amaron 9 Material & labour for replacement of heavy duty brass terminals suitable for 24 volts /12 volts batteries all as per specified 10 Repair/replacement of following defective parts mentioned at Ser No 10 & 11 of DG Set of capacity 625 KVA (Make:-Cummins) installed at in Technical Area including dismantling/opening the DG Set, replacing the following spare parts of DG set & reassembling the DG Set after repair/replacement complete all as directed. Note: Defective Parts which ever is used measured and Paid Separately as supply only. 11 Supply only card control Model A054J968 12 Calibration of DG Set PEM CALI 13 Material & labour for calibration of fuel injector and fuel feed pump to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge all as specified and as directed. 14 Supply and fix water separator compatible for existing 625 KVA DG Set all as specified and directed 15 Supply only distilled water packed in bottles of 1 ltr complete all as specified and directed 16 Supply only Acid mixture gravity 1200-1220 (Electrolyte) packed in 1 ltr bottle packing all as specified and directed in Engr-in-Charge. 17 Material & labour for battery lead heavy duty multi stands copper size 75 Sq mm 4 feet long in red and black colour with brass terminals complete all as specified. 18 For Credit Schedule refer Tender documents. The amount of Credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive Contract sum.
