Tender For Repair Of Internal Road In Zone-I Under Age B/R-I Of Ge (North) Meerut Cantt; 1 Repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at lest 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L Picking up and removing old bituminous layer/SDAC/SDBC/BM or sand sealing coat30 mm to 75 mm thick from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scrapingBy mechanical means using milling machine and stacking the material and disposing the scrapped/ scarified material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 3 M&L for Premix bitumious macadam mixed with paving bitumen @ 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-30) contents any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness n. exc 75mm ) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. 4 M& L Preparing surfaces by brushing in Black top with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt, aggregates etc and Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface completed as specified and directed. 5 M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30) viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver, and roled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 7 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 8 S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&Fin repairs Traffic convex Mirrors body colour Black/orange in Polycarbonate/Stainless steel with Dome size is 30 inches and diameter in 36 inches with pole as suitable height for ground requirement and Excavtion , PCC and etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. 10 Material and labour for 300mmReinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed 11 M&L in repairsManufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 S&F in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS baseplate through ultrasonic welding processes of size 350mm length and width of 263 mm with working width of 250 mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200 gram.
