Tender For Provision Of Car Parking Shed For Jcos Old Md Accn At Mil Stn Abohar.; 1 Surface excavation n.exc (notexceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting outon soft or loose soil 2 M&L Hardcore of gaugen exc. 63 mm,deposited, spread and levelled in layersn exc. 15 cm thick,wateredand rammed to a true surface with broken bricks 3 M&LforPCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Excavation in post holes each n. exc. 0.50Cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surface. 6 M&L for PCC 1:2:4type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of cols, bdy pillars, posts, struts, etc. filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 7 S&F Structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes grade St-240 complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. 8 S & F exc 12mm dia & n. exc 20mm dia exc 30mm long MS screw bolt machine made with hexagonal or Square head at one end and screwedthe other,screwed end fixed with washer complete 9 S & F Pre- painted galvalume Cladding aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.55mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified 10 M&L forpreparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M&L for Brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge. 13 M&L forthree coat white washto the wall surfaces after preparation to the new plastered surfaces . 14 M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocksetc all as specified .
