Tender For Provn Of Trolley Mounted Dg Set For Hangers At Af Station Agra; 1 Supply, commissioning erecting and testing ofOEM manufactured, prime rating , silient (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 200KVA with CPCB-IV, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum.The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe, battery of adequate capacity as per OEM recommendations for self starting purpose complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Agra (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration),includinganti vibration padswith all feature to comply with latest CPCB-IV Compliant guidelinescomplete all as specified and directed and comprising of following components:-(a).DIESEL ENGINE :-Diesel engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended upto date, for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 200 KVA, 50 degree ambient conditions at Agra ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject to the design of manufacturer:- 2 (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Electronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1A Flywheel with starter ring.(iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level(v) Radiator cooling (vi)Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter with water seperator(ix) Common rail electric injection pump (x) Fan and water pump assesembly(xi) Lub oil filter and pump(xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery as per manufacturer recommendationincluding inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete (xiii) Engine safety shut down system against lowoil pressure and high water pressure. (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge(xv) Oil filter(xvi) Lub oil cooler (xvii) Engine main manual with spare part list(xviii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB-IV regulations(xix) Any other item not included / specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.(b). Engine instrument panel : Engine instrument panel shall comprising of thefollowing:-(i) Starting on /off switch.(ii) water temp gauge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator(iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure.(viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturers. 3 (c ). ALTERNATOR :- Alternator shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 200KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.Bottom mountedsteel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 400 Ltrs for continuous operation inside canopy withfuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed.(d) Bypass arrangement by providing separate outdoor panel made out of 3.16 mm thick CRCA sheet, indoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 315/320 Amp complete all as specified and directed.(e)AMF CONTROL PANEL:Supply, fabricating and testing of factory made/fabricated cubical automatic main failure panel outdoor type with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 200KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated copper bus bar, contactors of adequate rating for auto transfer of main/DG supply, internal wiring with control fuse, connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories all as specified and directed :-(i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off - 01 No.(ii) Digital type multifunctional meter for ampere, voltage, power factor, frequency etc - 01 No.(iii) Push button start, stop, reset - 01 No.(iv) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil pressure. 4 (v) Battery charger .(vi) Fault accept / reset push button. (vii) Set of relays and connector 02 Nos of 315/320 Amp suitable for 200KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacityand 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 315/320 Amp, 36 KA, with thermal adjustable type of range 70-100% fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (viii) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendatins.(f) The above DG set shall be fixed/ mounted on trolleywith proper fixing arrangements as directed by Enginner-in -charge.Note :- The itemof Trolley shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.(g) The contactor shall have to arrange for inspection ofDG setat OEMS factory premises .On intimation of readiness of item, One testing officer shall be nominated by accepting officer before dispatch of DG Set.After neccesary inspection at OEMS factory premises, the item shall be dispatched from factory only after satisfactory performance of the DG Set dully certified by the inspection officer.(h) The Precommissioning test of above DG set shall have to be carried out in presence of IEM or any otherofficer as detailed byaccepting officer . . The expenditure for testing includingcost of fuel consumed/equipment required for testing shall have to be born by the contractor and which shalldeemed to be included in unit rate quoted.No extra payment shall be paid for this account. The testing shall be carried out for 12 Hrs continuously with one hour 10%over load in 12 hours.Note :- Any other items which are not mentined above but essential for execution of work item shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rates 5 M&L for trolley for mounting the 200 KVA DG set fabricated withsection of MS Channel/Angle Iron etc as specified in technical drawing attached with BOQ/PS, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer mounted on suitable size of Rubber wheels-04 Noswith drum with spring loaded leaf, spring based suspension withscrew jack ,suitable tow hook/rod to tow the DG set with any vehicle for easily shift to any location complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed, Note - Technical drawing of trolley is attached . 6 Supply, laying, testing ofsize 300 sqmm 3.5 core cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire , armoured heavy duty electric under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductorcomplete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 315 Amps all as specified and directed.
