Misc Repair To Drains, Replacement And Cleaning Of Sewage Lines, Septic Tanks, Soakage Wells, Manholes And Allied Works At 44 Weu (B) Anupgarh Under Ge (Af) Suratgarh; 1 BOQ (MISC REPAIR TO DRAINS, REPLACEMENT & CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELLS, MANHOLES AND ALLIED WORKS AT 44 WEU (B) ANUPGARH UNDER GE (AF) SURATGARH) 2 Demolition of brick work in any position, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) of any description in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above the ground level) and removing rubbish from the premises. Complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 5 Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed 6 Demoition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwisespecially provided for (reinforced cut as required to faciliate demolition) and removing rubbish from the premesis. Complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm gradedcrushedstoneaggregateasinplinthprotection,laidin slope of 1:12 and surface finished even and smooth without using extracementincludingmakingjointat2.5mintervalandateach cornerthejointshallbefilledwithbitumenmasticfillingtofull depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed. 8 Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work for flat surfaces not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs,landings ,balconies,deck slabs and in shelves and the like. Complete all as specified and directed (Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid seperately) 10 Providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in manhole / drain covers, in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. 11 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed 12 M&L for Brickwork with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc.6m mean radius laid flat, in drains, old size bricks, bedded and jointed and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed 13 M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed 14 M & L 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4)on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using WPC without using extra cement (WPC WILL BE PAID SEPRATELY) 15 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in surface channel and drain etc complete all as specified and directed. 16 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth ( inner girth only measured) in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds / stopped ends etc. complete all a specified and directed. 17 Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm M&L for forming fair finished to drain or channel 30 cm inner girth ( inner girth only measured) in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds / stopped ends etc. complete all a specified and directed 18 Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.complete all as specified and directed 19 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced) set in cement mortar incl demolation of PCC haunching etc, complete all as specified. 20 M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified. 21 M& L Salt- glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ 150 mm bore, jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested. Complete all as specified and directed. 22 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe, complete all as specified. 23 M&L 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block ofM-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismanteling of existing flooring. Complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates, coping, kerbs, water trough and like incl. rounded or chamfered on edges complete all a specified and directed. 25 M&L for Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment ),in camouflaging patterns, over newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer , including preparation newly surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Cleaningof sewage line/manholes blockages (including WC, Urinal, Kitchen and bathrooms ) using necessary tools mechanical pump and /or manually such as by rodding ,bamboo of required size (with safety measure gas etc) flushing with water of the pipe until water clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge /roots of tree,debris, liquid,sludge in solid/ semi solid state from the manholes/ gully traps any size of depth incluing pumping out sludge wherever necessary ,sludging, diverting etc including all water effluent etc and removing all materials from site of work upto distance n .exc 50m and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removing of blockage etc. Complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Note : 1.These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tool.2. A flat recovery/penalty of Rs 400/- per complaint per day shall be levied in case of complaint is not attended within 24 Hrs. 28 Removal of sludge from septic tank of any capacity exc 1.50 m and n.exc 4.5 M deepsolid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (manual or mechanical system as required and directed by Enginer.in.charge or using suction pump where ever required up to any depth by working under foul conditions and disposal of the same in out of MoD area, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 29 Cleaning and removal of all scale and dirt etc from watertanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc for 250 ltr but n, exc 500 litres capacity of tanks as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note : Date of cleaning to be written on the tank after cleaning) 30 Cleaning and removal of all scale and dirt etc from water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc for 500 lit but n, exc 1000 litres capacity of tanks as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Date of cleaning to be written on the tank after cleaning) 31 Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
