Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Supply and fix 30mm thick factory made wiremesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of 19 gauge thickness & size of 19 mm x 19mm of style and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock and bottom rails.And in addition one veritical member throughout in between styies.MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC C channel of appropriate sixe 15mm wide PVC sheet beading is to be stuck internally in the back side of stiles and ralls of door with solvent cment adhesive.So that the wiremesh can be fixed properly.The wiremesh solid shutter have PVC sheet to match the sutter of PVC moulded shutter etc including fixing of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples as in Quoted rate is deemed to include for provision of a pair of brackets and clamps per unit length) 62 Labour only for attending the complaints of joinery work on day to day basis which include complaints viz repairs of door/window/wiremesh fixing/ fixing of builder hardware/replacement of glass pane/curtain rod & similar nature of joinery complants and also carrying out minor repairs to door/windows etc to make them fully fuctional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note - (a)Contractor shall deploy 01 carpenter & 01 helper from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (except holiday) to attend the compaints.(b) Items to be replaced eg glass wiremesh etc shall be issued to carpenter by concern JE.(c) Carpenter & helper shall report to complaints cell/concern JE (B/R) & receive the complaint slip.(d) Complaint shall be cleared on daily basis.
