    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Erection Of Street Light Pole And Replacement Of Street Light Fittings At East Gate Road Junction And Feeder Road At Bhel Ranipet Operation and Maintenance Of Electrical Systems/Electrical Installations 1. All required Man power, machinery and tools for executing the complete work shall be arranged and provided by vendor. 2. The contractor shall arrange and deploy a suitable Hydra crane or equivalent lifting equipment (Runs on Diesel/petrol/CNG only, electrical operated crane is not permitted as electricity could not be arranged at the work location) fitted with a personnel-carrying basket for carrying out works at height, particularly for accessing street light poles up to 13 meters. The equipment shall be capable of safely lifting workers to the required height and providing a stable and secure working platform. 3. All necessary arrangements, including transportation, Accommodation, required man power for operation, fuel for lifting equipment and maintenance of the lifting equipment, Valid Statutory documents for lifting vehicle shall be in the contractor’s scope. The contractor shall ensure that the equipment is operated only by trained and licensed personnel. 4. Safety of workers during the work shall be ensured by the contractor through the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety belts, helmets, and other statutory safety gear. 5. Work shall be carried out only during day time from 8:30 hrs to 17:30 Hrs. 6. The contractor shall execute the work strictly as per the BOQ provided. 7. Contract period: One month from the date of issue of the Work or Total Quantity :
