    Tender For Architectural Consultancy Services For Preparation Of Detailed Design For Various Works In V.O. Chidambaranar Port; Preparation ofDetailed Architectural Design Report including Architectural Plan & design, Structural Designs, drawing for the following works including, Site Surveys, Soil investigations if required, Design of Civil structures, interior & exterior designs, Electrical provisions, Audio visual installations, all the required Furniture arrangements topology pavilions, placement & displays of artefacts/maritime exhibits, models, pictures, captions, by considering the appropriate space requirements, detailed cost estimation for all the works,Advisory consultancy to the Port etc.,Complete as per the Terms & Reference (TOR) and as directed by the departmental officers.1. Construction of Indoor Auditorium of 200 seating capacity along with allied facilities including conference rooms, dining halls, refresh chambers, parking areas etc.2. Creation of Yoga Parking an area of about 4 Acres with a recreation area, children play area etc.3. Development of Golf Course 9-hole golf course, including a driving range, typically in a beach front area of about 15 to 20 acres.4. Land Scaping on either side of road from TTPS Junction to Port Guest House to Administrative office building.5. Converting two floors of existing building as Seafarers Club inside Custom bound area 6. Administrative Office Building Exterior & Interior Modification.7. Sports complex consisting of Indoor & Outdoor stadium, Cricket, football, hockey, Volleyball grounds
