    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Professional Training Services Version 2 Professional Training Services (Version 2) 2. The case pertains to AON sanction by COS 9 Corps, being CFA, on subscription & funding of online courses in Foreign Universities through ATG 2025-26. 3. Case Detls. 3.1 One vac for the course Strategic Thinking for CXO has been allotted to HQ 91 Corps vide HQ Wester Comd letter No23622/GS (Trg) dt 07 Feb 2025. The details of the course are highlighted at Para 2 Note 1 ante anf Flag A. 3.2 IC-62571F Col Manish Vats, Col GS (Trg), HQ 9 Corps has been nominated to attend the sub course. Accordingly, case file has been recd from GS (Plg) Branch for AON sanction of COS 9 Corps, being CFA. 4. Fwg is highlighted :- 4.1 Mode of Procurement. GeM Portal (ref Para 3 of HQ Western Comd Letter u/r at Para 3.1 above. 4.2 Fin Implication. UK 2000 Pound i.e Rs 2,33,200/- 4.3 CFA. COS 9 Corps for up to Rs 3,00,000/- without IFA concurrence as per Sch 19.3 DFPDS 2021. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the case file is found to be in order. 6. It is recommended that AON sanction by COS 9 Corps, being CFA, may pl be accorded on subscription & funding of online courses in Foreign Universities for an amount of Rs2,33,200/- through ATG 2025-26.
