Life buoy and 12 nos. life jackets found damage is to be provide as per rules and of standard quality material on the basis of IRS recommendation. 26 Fire extinguisher Water type co2 (cap- 9 ltr)found damage is to be replaced/renewed and made operational , certificate is to produce as required as per recommendation of IRS surveyor. 27 RPM meter measuring guages, lub.oil temprature, of main engines renewed as required as per direction of EIC. 28 Labour charges 29 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 30 Exide Battery (4nos.) 180Ah 12V battery is to be supplied as per recommendation of IRS surveyor. 31 Emergency fire pump found non functional is to be repaired/ replaced as per requirement with same specification as per recommendation of IRS surveyor. 32 Labour charges 33 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis 34 Anchor windlass motor clutch ( in &out ) is to be serviced/ repair as per IRS recommendation. 35 Labour charges 36 Cost of spare and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis
