Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Services; Defect Rectification Onboard Icgs C-154; No; Buyer Premises DEFECT RECTIFICATION ONBOARD ICGS C-154 L-142 Paint peeling off from Main Engine control console, bridge & fly bridge control console, 02 diesel generators with alternators and 02 Main engines. Spray painting is required on above mentioned equipments. Job involves cleaning, removal of old peeled paint, apply suitable primer and covering all switches, sensors, wiring, indication lamps, display of the system with cables by masking tape before painting. Following paint and colour to be used for spray paint: - (a) Main engine console- Blue (b) Main Engines- Gray colour (Heat resistance) (c) DA full body- Yellow (Heat resistance) (d) Fly bridge console- Blue and black (e) Bridge control console with outer cover (internal and external) – Blue All consumables, primer and paint are firm supply. H-043 NDT/ Load test to be carried out of 04 in nos. lifting hook/ eye at weather deck and certificate to be provided. H-44 02 in nos. fixed stanchions on port side of foxle uprooted from supporting base and 01 stanchions bent center. Same to be welded in position and bent to be correcred. In way job includes surface preparation and painting. Material- Aluminium. L-161 Cable plastic conduit pipe observed damaged view rain water ingress inside cable conduit on foxle, quarter deck, flag deck and main mat. Cable conduit to be renewed (Length approx 100 meter, colour- White) L-162 20 Nos. fluorescent tube lights (Make: Bajaj, 40 watt) found defective view flickering in main engine room and ASD compartment. Same to be renewed with LED tube lights. L-163 03 Nos. 6Watt fly insect killer (Make: Sincerity Lights) fitted in galley, wardroom and sailors dining hall area not working due to electric choke and tube light defective. Same to be repaired/ renewed and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. L-164 02 nos. HF/VHF set antenna base (Material- Aluminium) observed worn out due to material failure. Same to be repaired/ renewed. Job involved removal of old base, cutting, welding and surface preparation. E-076 Fueling and defueling arrangement onboard ship is deteriorated / damaged at many place causing fuel leakage during embarkation / transfer. Fueling arrangement alongwith nozzle to be manufactured as per sample. Following included: - (i) Ball valve size-40 mm, Qty-01 No. (ii) L shape bend size-40 mm, Qty-01 No. (iii) Reducing stepped nozzle size- 40 mm to 15 mm, Qty- 01 No. (iv) Flange with bolt PCD 50 mm, Qty-01 No. Material for fueling arrangement is stainless steel. E-077 AC condenser pump sea water suction side Y-piece stainer valve corroded heavily/ cracked and cold repaired, causing leakage of sea water. Y-piece strainer valve alongwith strainer (Mat- SS, Qty-01 No.) to be manufactured as per sample. (Mat- Cu-Ni, Dia-40 mm, Qty-01 No.) Total Quantity :
