Tender For Mc & Ew (Cam) Ow To Renovation Of Sub Circle Office Building (Sabhapati Niwas) At Lonar Dist. Buldhana.; 1 Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm. mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b)laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm. mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d)Fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. 2 Provision for dismantling of old decayed toilet for reconstruction of new toilet including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Provision for removing and Dismantling old fitted electrical articles or equipment etc. complete. 4 Provision for Dismantling stone slab/cement tiles flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 5 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 15.12.1 Of area 3 sq. metres and below each 6 Provision for removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering the surface to remove all loose particles, flakes, and chalky matter, and preparing the surface smooth to receive new finish, including necessary repairs to scratches, undulations, cracks, and other surface defects using appropriate filler or putty,complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 8 Providing and applying cement plaster of thickness 12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 9 Providing and applying Plaster of Paris (POP) putty of 2mm average thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth for receiving paint, including cleaning the surface, filling undulations, and achieving a fine finish, complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Provision for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an undercoat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture, including surface preparation, cleaning, and necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness as specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including applying grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm on the back of tiles, jointing with white cement mixed with matching pigments, and grouting the joints, including surface preparation, curing, and cleaning, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 12 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part I), decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hardwood and well-matched teak 3-ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of the shutters, 30 mm thick (±1 mm tolerance),including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment. 14 Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.25.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6 mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12 mm Airgap + 6 mm HeatStrengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35%, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement. 15 Provision for Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan), including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated material within a lead of 50 metres and lift up to 1.5 metres, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete (RCC), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, and reinforcement, in all works up to plinth level: M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) – 1 part cement : 1.5 parts coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 parts graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources, including mixing, laying, compacting and curing, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size derived from natural sources) 18 Provision for centering and shuttering including, footings, bases of columns strutting, propping, etc., and removal of formwork for foundations, etc. for mass concrete, including all materials, labour, and scaffolding required to complete the work in all respects as per drawings, specifications, and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Provision for Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor V level, in all shapes and sizes, in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints ,watering, curing, and finishing the surface flush, complete in all respects as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 21 Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall/floor tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colour and shades except burgundy, bottle green, and black, of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting,risers of steps, and dados, over 12 mm thick bed ofcement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm and pointing in white cement mixed with matching pigment, complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of size 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm, with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern, standard flush pipe, C.P.brass spreaders with brass unions, and G.I.clamps, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedstal type water closet (European Type) with seat lid 10 liter low level white vitreous china flushing cistern &C.P flush bend with fitting &CI Brackets 40 mm flush bend, over flow arrangement with special arrangements with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete including painting of fittings and brackets cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:
