Tender For Term Contract For Artificer Work In Non Resdl Bldgs At Sect Hq; 1 Providing and fixing in wall lining flat pressed three layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II, IS : 12823 marked, including priming coat on unexposed arrangement and screws etc. complete : 12 mm thick 2 Providing and fixing specified wood frame work consisting of battens 50x25mm fixed with rawl plug and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc. including priming coat complete:Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood. 3 Removing existing wall lining & wooden frame etc or refixing on the same after making necessary preparation on the existing lining 4 Removing existing arrangements of 5 x movable frame works of Maps and fixing 2x maps on left and right side or doing the same after all existing items intact. 5 Making required arrangements for fixing data wall of nominal size 104 x 64 in the presence its respective aothorised representative leaving 11 or more depth & surroundings necessary spacing as per situation on ground. 6 Removing/ R-arranging existing arrangements of internal electrical works and focus lights etc as per ground requirements inconsulation and in the presence of own artisans. 7 M & L for making wooden Frame work of hardwood to create additional support at six joints of frame where ever necessary with bolt and nuts as tightner for mounting Data Panel with support from the floor. 8 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete (parking area till Gate) 9 M&L White washing with distemper to give on even shade old work (two or more coats on the inside and outside wall of the parking area till Gate) 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)- DIGoffice slab replastering. 11 Providing and laying glazed vitrified wall matt tile of size 30 x 60 x 16mm having water absorbtion less than 0.5% and conforming to ISI: 15622 to approved make in all colours and shades in bathroom of G+1 floor laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 in all shapes and patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments ets. complete as direction of Engineer-in -charge. (Patch Tiles works ) 12 Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete .office Door 13 Supply & Fixing of Main door in front and back of Tailor shop of Sector Hq using Ply and also creating a timber framework for Rain shed C.G.Iwork in front of Door, also finishing them by primer coating on wood works. 14 Supply and fixing of Tar felt PBS Roll to prevent water ingress at various places of OPS room Roof, Workshop Building Roof,DIG house office slab, Adm comdt & So1 roof patch works. 15 Supply and fixing ofplumbing works & sanitary itemsat Various offices and utility non Residentail buildings such as sewer pipe of 40mm, Reducer 75 x 50, Bent and socket of 50mm, Floor trap, Pvc Bent(75-63 &63-50mm), End Plug , B Elbow, Hacksaw, 110mm clip & Bib Cock. 16 M & L charge for works related to skilled Carpentry wood works to create support for other furniture works so as creating space and ease use of space and varnishing them accordingly.DIG Building area 17 Opening of blockage to WCs/EWCs and associated cleaning of chambers and sewage lines and disposal of night soil complete all as directed. (Near p167) 18 Clearing blockages in inspection/ Nursery Chamber/ Manholes and first as subsequent cleaning of chambers and sewage lines and disposal of night soil complete all as directed.(Near p167) 19 M & L charge for works related to skilled Carpentry wood works to create support for other furniture worksso as creating space and ease use of space and varnishing them accordingly.(P226 Building) 20 Supply and fixing of emergent slip AC partsat Various offices and utility non Residentail buildings such as Fresh Store, Mess , System Room, OPS Room and two office Room by replacing AC fan, AC PCB , AC Reinstallation And AC Gas Refilling. 21 Supply and fixing ofelectrical itemsat Various offices and non Residentail utility buildings like Stores and commom bathroom and street light points(such as geyser element, Led wall light, 6w Led panel, conceal light, 9w Hawells Led lights, Red &green zero bulbs)
