The stones shall be cleaned off any loose material before use. 3. The stone shall be used in judicious manner to minimize wastage. |

| 12 | Cement pointing ( Raised and cut) to stone work with cement mortar 1:3, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands having minimumyield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, forreinforcedcementconcreteworkat alllevels,including cutting,bending,fixing, tying inposition with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealedbindingwire,with chairs, legs, supports etc.completeincludingcostof transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed bindingwire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all asperdrawing, specifications and as directedby Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor has to submit the test report & Challan of the reinforcement, procured by him.) |
| 14 | Note: 1 - The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor atterms & conditions specified.TMT bars manufactured in the brand name of SAIL/RINL/TATA shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc.2 - Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprising of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .Therepresentive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractor at each stage right from sampling of testing . All charges ,transport,taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor.3 - The contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost.4 - 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment . 5 - Other conditions as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained . |

| 16 | Labour Charge for transporting and fixing chainlink fencing and MS angles any where in RRCAT premises. The scope of work includes fixing of MS angles to the ground and chainlink fencing to it using binding wire etc. completeas per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
