Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Infrastructure Assets In R-Ii Division During 2025-26.Sub Head Providing And Fixing Acp Sheet With Uv Printing View Cutter At Safdarjung Flyover- 1 Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum/ Polycarbonate cladding, partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing, fabricating, UV printing, installing and fixing in position view cutter at Safdarjung flyover using ACP sheet of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade. ACP is to be fixed on MS hollow sections using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers for linear as well as curvilinear portions, for all heights and all levels etc.. Cost including making necessary holes if required, overlap of ACP for fixing on MS hollow section, any necessary safety arrangement for fixing at height, complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet only, No overlap shall be paid and UV Printing on desired area only shall be paid separately). 3 Digitally UV printing of ACP sheet in the desired part of the area of ACP sheet.Theapproveddesignsistobedigitally UVprinted onACP sheet with precoat as per requirement of UV Printing toenhancethelife and look with desired colour and design as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 4 Providing and fixing moisture resistant/fire resistant 12 mm thick Cement Fibre board (Termite, Fire & Moisture Resistance) with composition as Non Asbestos Cellulose Fibre, Ordinary Portland Cement, Fine Silica, Quartz, Fly Ash And Additives as per size required at site fixed with self-drilling / taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm.complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 5 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 6 Credit for dismantled polycarbonate plastic sheets
