| 13 | Repair, overhauling, and reconditioning of the existing Electrical Control Panel for swimming Pool Filtration Plant specifically designed to handle 10 HP pump motors (each operating at approx. 7.5 kW load). The scope of work includes comprehensive inspection, identification, and replacement of all defective electrical components such as push buttons, LED indicators, selector switches, contactors (3-pole, AC3 duty), and thermal overload (O/L) relays suited for 10 HP motor protection, with current range typically between 12–18 Amps,MCB,MCCB,Switch gear & any other electrical equipmentetc. Replacement parts shall conform to IEC standards and shall be of approved make such as L&T/Siemens/Schneider or equivalent. The job includes disconnecting and reconnecting all control and power cables within the panel using appropriately sized insulated copper thimbles/lugs and crimping tools to ensure safe and secure electrical connections. All cable terminations shall be properly labeled, tagged, and neatly arranged. Work shall also cover tightening of busbar connections, cleaning of dust and carbon deposits inside the panel enclosure, and minor fabrication or rewiring where necessary to restore operational safety and functionality .Additionally, the repaired panel shall be tested for insulation resistance, phase sequence, load current verification, and full functional testing of motor starters and interlocks with the pool pump motors.
