Dutt Colony)- 1 Excavating pit for fixing sluice valve & or non return valve and / or C.I. specials in the existing CI/DI water line including cutting of C.I./D.I. pipe line taking out the cut pipe pieces, pumping or bailing out water caused by cutting of line and refilling the pit etc. complete. For C.I. line above 80mm dia & upto 150mm dia 2 Providing and fixing PN-16 double flanged ductile iron resilient seated sluice /Gate valve (with stem cap), electro statically applied epoxy coating with stainless steel stem, DI wedge fully encapsulated with EPDM rubber complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. ( the tail piecesif required will be paid separately.) DI Sluice Valve (with caps) 100mm dia 3 DI Sluice Valve (with caps) 150mm dia 4 Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS : 8329 : a) 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes 5 b) 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes 6 Providing & laying S&S C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. (Heavy Duty)a) Upto300mm dia 7 Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I. pipes and specials including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead. a) 100mm diametre pipe 8 b) 150mm diametre pipe 9 Supplying pig lead at site of work. 10 Providing and laying D.I. Specials of Class K - 12 suitable for mechanical jointing as per IS : 9523 : a) up to 600 mm dia 11 Cutting of bituminous premix carpet surface excluding water bound macadam road including disposal of surplus material within 50m lead. 12 Constructing brick masonry chamber 90x90x 100cm (inside) size with 75 class designation FPS bricks in cement mortar 1:6( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) forsluice valve / reflux valve 150mm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening 1:2:4mix ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) reinforced with 16.30 Kg. cold twisted steel bars necessary excavation and refilling and laying 10cm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finishedwith a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. 13 Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. Circular shape 560mm internal diameter 14 Providing and fixing Polyethelene-Aluminium- Polyethelene PE-AL-PE Composite Pressure Pipes conforming to IS 15450, U.V. stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, capable to withstand temperature up to 80°C, including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows, tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with trenching, refilling and testing of joints complete as per direction of the engineer in charge. External Work 1620 (20mm OD) Pipe 15 Providing and fixing brass ferrule with C.I. mouth cover including boring and tapping the main : 15 mm dia nominal bore 16 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled ConcreteAggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%) 17 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
