Division-Iii, Prayagraj. - Digging of soil after climbing on revetment wall upto depth of 800mm and removing soil from the pitto perform further work. 2 Breaking of chimney of size 300*300mm at least 700mm depth using proper drilling machine and carrying generator for operating drilling machine .all labour andT&Pitems provided by contractor at his own cost 3 Prroper cleaning of stub with hardwire brush etc to remove rust and dust from the surface of stuband tower leg . Painting of whole rusted area with zinc enrich epoxy primer paint.all labour andT&Pitems provided by contractor at his own cost 4 After removing cleat plate setting of separatestub of length 1000mm which must be cut uniformly at both end.setting up of new stub with old stub properly at depth of 700mm such that there will be no space betweren these stubs .all labour and T&Pitems provided by contractor at his own cost. Stub of adequate size will be given by the department. 5 Proper weilding of the new stub of height 1000mm with old main stub upto height of 700mm and with leg upto height of 300mm. Again applying zinc enrichepoxy primer paint on weilded portion of stub .all labour and T&Pitems provided by contractor at his own cost. 6 Making proper hole arrangement inboth the stubsfortightening properly at the bottom and upper portion at the end of main stub and at the tower leg where this new stub will be tightened after cutting it at edge of 90 degree from the top end of main stub upto top end of new stub.all labour andT&Pitems provided by contractor at his own cost. 7 After doing the above work satisfactorily again making ofchimney upto height of 850mm from the broken base to avoid rust formation due to storage of waterwith1:2:4 ratio of cement concrete and sand. All labour andT&Pitems provided by contractor at his own cost. 8 Earth filling in the area around tower leg chimney including cost ofsoil to be obtainedby the contractor from outside including the watering,ramming and dressing of earth properly including earth royalty,taxes,cost of materials ,labour and T&P etc.
