Tender For Bill Of Quantities (Boq) For Miscellaneous Balance Works , At Ats, Vati, Mathura - Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). 3 RCC Work In 1:1.5:3 Cement :c/sand: stone grit Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - Above plinth level upto fifth floor lable : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone) 4 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
